Welcome to The Grampians Grelco Run...
. . . a 1,000 acre playground designed to meet your every need for a relaxing
weekend away. Situated in the Northwest "Sunny side" of the Grampians National Park, this wilderness escape is away from the maddening crowds of Halls Gap.
Our accommodation facilities
comprise two self-contained cottages sleeping 4 & 8 people respectively, plus three ensuite bedrooms in the Homestead.
Staying in the bush can still be comfortable and refined - spend time relaxing and reading in front of the fire or enjoy bush walking, birdwatching or horse riding on the property.
This is one of the largest parcels of privately owned forest left in Western Victoria,
and has over 120 species of birds (some rare), wildflowers and an abundance of
kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, echidnas, antichinas and emus.
So much so, that one guest was left to remark that this place is like a zoo!
Situated in Wartook Valley, 'The Grelco run' is only a very short distance from
McKenzie Falls, Reids Lookout, the Balconies, Zumsteins, Hollow Mountain and
various Aboriginal art sites.
There is plenty of activities and attractions with the Grampians Horse Riding Centre within walking distance or take a leisurely stroll by the lake and watch the native wildlife in action.
